Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of trellispursuit.com and the Trellis subscription services offered by Trellis Pursuit, LLC ("Trellis," "we," "us"). By subscribing or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What Trellis does

Trellis finds public bid and contract opportunities from government sources and sends you the ones that may fit your trade and service area, with plain-language summaries. Trellis is an information service. We do not submit bids, act as your agent, or represent you to any agency.

2. Coverage

We cover the major public sources, but we can't promise every listing. We do our best to avoid coverage gaps within your listed area. Listings can change, close early, or contain errors made by the issuing agency. Always check the original solicitation before you bid.

3. No guarantee of results

Trellis does not guarantee that you will win any contract, that any opportunity is a fit for your business, or that you are eligible to bid. You are responsible for reading each solicitation, meeting its requirements and deadlines, and making your own bidding decisions.

4. Not affiliated with government

Trellis is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government agency.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your service will continue through the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Your account

Give us accurate information about your business, trades, and service area so we can match opportunities to you. Alerts are for your own business use. Please don't resell or redistribute them.

7. Limitation of liability

Trellis is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Trellis Pursuit, LLC is not liable for lost profits, missed bids, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
